We are a Innovative Food Retail Business. Bringing you the Finest Food products available through online sales, retail grocery stores and restaurants. We focus on Food Production never seen and never done before!
Starting with our Jerk Flavor Syrup flavor line, our goal over the next three years is to produce a line of packaged food products that will be enjoyed by all people on a National level, that will make an trend setting impact in the food retail industry!

CEO, Founder Jerk Passion and More LLC
Chef Robert was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He began cooking at the age of ten years old. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force (Honorable Discharge). He became passionate about cooking when he was in his thirties and completed Culinary School from Virginia College of Jacksonville in 2011. He also studied Business Administration at Edward Waters College and worked for Pepsi Bottling Group has a Area Sales Representative and Key Account Manager for Urban Marketing. After completing Culinary School he became a Personal Chef/Caterer and Competition Chef. In 2014 he was the winner for the Best Savory Dish at the Taste of Black Jacksonville Food Competition.
In February 2015 he released his first Poetry/Cookbook; Food Erotic-A Romantic Journey and his second Cookbook; Food and Love-We're not Finished Yet in September 2016.
Chef Robert was a four time Featured Chef for the Soul food Festival National tour in 2015, on the same platform with some of the biggest stars in the music industry. He has also been Featured Chef on many other venues. Chef Robert was a Culinary Arts Mentor to over 360 students for three years at WM M. Raines High School.
For the last three years he has been working on a Food line using a staple ingredient. Chef Robert is known for Food Presentation, great flavors, taste and Food Innovation. Along with his partner, Tas Lesa Ware, they plan to release food products sold on-line and retail grocery store chains. Get ready, It's coming! Innovation at it's Finest!

COO, Co-Founder Jerk Passion and More LLC
Taslesa was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a Graduate of Jean Ribault Sr High School, Class of 1991. She attended Florida State College of Jacksonville and received Certification has a Nursing Assistant.
Taslesa was later employed by the City of Jacksonville as a Supervisor in the Parks and Recreation Division. She was a Youth Mentor and also assisted with the Community Outreach Programs. Taslesa has held Management positions with a couple organizations and strives to work within the community in the areas of Personal development and Empowerment. She is also currently working at the United States Postal Service.
Although Taslesa is not a Professional Chef, she has a Love and Passion for Food and Innovation. Three years ago she teamed up with her long time friend, Chef Robert Roberts. From there they both decided to become Business Partners and create a Food Line of different products based around innovation!

ROBINSON-WITZKE
CHEF VIRGINIA
Vice President - Production Operations/Food Product Development
Virginia is from Shreveport, Louisiana. She is a Graduate of Stroudsburg High School, Class of 1999. She is also a Graduate of Monroe County Vocational Technological School, where she received her certification in Culinary Arts. Virginia also studied Business Administration and Hotels and Restaurant Management.
She has been cooking and baking since she was able to reach a stovetop. Her family grew and harvested their own Fruit and Vegetables.
Virginia worked for several years at Savoie's Catering place under the Mentorship of Master Chef David doing Pastries. She also has a wealth of experience in Management and Business ownership as a private contractor. She has an, "Let's make it Happen Attitude"!

Robert graduated high school in 1978 from Goose Creek Sr.Hi.
In 1991 until 1998 He was a Co-Manager with Winn Dixie Grocery store. Robert also worked at another National Grocery store chain for seven years has Co-Manager, for a total of fourteen years of Chain Grocery Management experience.
Robert has also owned his own trucking business and worked in the Seafood industry for seven years in Brownsville, Texas.
Before coming on board with Jerk Passion and More LLC, Robert worked has a Independent Parts Contractor.
His get it done right the first time mentality makes him the perfect fit as a Vice-President of Operations with the Jerk Passion and More Family.

Model/Market Development Manager
Charlene is one of Two Models that will be featured on all of Jerk Passion and More LLC, Food Line Products. She comes to us from Manhattan, New York by way of Indonesia.
She is a Woman of many talents to include a lucrative Modeling career, Marketing and Business ownership.
She has modeled for Bloomingdale promotional advertisements, several resource magazines, has experience in Runway, Film, Print, Indoor and Outdoor events. Most recent events include: Philadelphia Auto Show 2019, Pet Connection Expo 2018, Penn/Drexel University Movement 2018, Indian Bridal Convention Showcase and LGTBQ Health Expo 2017-2019, just to name a few.
Most of her experience is in Marketing, Medical, Food and Auto. She is also a former Business Owner of a High end - Purse and Handbag company.
We are honored to have Charlene on board with our company and look forward to a long time of success with Her. Congratulations India!
JAI'LESA D.
MOORE-WARE
Model
Jai' Lesa Is the second model who will be featured on all of Jerk Passion and More Food line packages and advertisement.
Jai' Lesa was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a 2019 graduate of Jean Ribault Sr. High School. In 2019 she also started and is currently enrolled at Florida State College of Jacksonville, where she is pursuing a Bachelors degree to become a Registered Nurse.
At the age of three years old, she performed, danced and modeled for Rising Stars of Tomorrow Production Inc. She has also modeled hair shows for Total Beauty Institute, Ladylash and did advertisement modeling for Beauty Exchange.
Her work experience includes, Wendy's, City of Jacksonville volunteer services at S.A Hull elementary, Mentorship Programs and also assisted with the Diamonds and Pearls Dance team.
Her Future goals include; World travel, completion of her Nursing Program and to continue working with youth mentorship programs!
